Hello everyone,
December is already here but thankfully here are the Wooden Chests! The final piece of the puzzle is finally here and we are now shipping the Complete Collector Set orders that were waiting for them.
Our offices are now a bit swamped with all the packing for shipping the final packages so we weren't able to take the prettiest photos, but I'm sure you will be happy enough to see them as they arrived, even if they didn't prepared for their photoshoot 😅
Shipping to US Backers
Now that all components are ready to be shipped we are going to charge the cards for US backers too.
As you probably remember, we delayed the charges to the US as much as possible to make sure that we will have the most accurate costs in place and make sure we don't over/under charge you because of all the charges with the whole tariff situation.
Now that everything is ready to be shipped it looks like our fees have indeed increased to be 5€ more expensive than initially estimated. We will also not be charging the tarrifs ourselves as initially expected since no logistics partner is able to tell us exactly how much this would cost per order or even how exactly the process would work. Due to the whole tariffs mess however and with the deminimis gone, it's up to the discrecion of the border customs patrol to decide if they want to charge extra tariffs to any package, regardless of its value.
We understand the charge is annoying but there is nothing we could do. If we did DDP (prepaying all the duties) it would be even more expensive and there would still be no guarantee that there wouldn't be anything else added after they reached the customs. To give everyone a better taste for the whole experience, we will add a free Mystery Coin to everyone affected.
We are currently working with Backerkit to implement the 5€ charge, charge the cards and start sending the packages within the next 48 hours.
Shipping to EU/ Rest of the World
All packages for European backers and for everyone else except from USA backers have now been shipped with the exception of about 15 orders that are ready to go and will be shipped by the end of the week (with the vast majority of them getting shipped tomorrow).
